The motivations that people have for doing anything are as diverse as personalities themselves.  Despite that, I have found there are a couple of things that really are pretty universal.  Most entrepreneurs use these universal traits to make the decision to incorporate their business.  I will just touch on a couple of them now, and make this article just the beginning in a series of Reasons to Incorporate Your Business.

Pretty universal among all entrepreneurs (and even people in general) is the desire to make or keep more of their money. 

When you incorporate your business, and especially when you incorporate your business in Wyoming, you may be able to eliminate much (if not all) of your state income tax.  We do a lot of work with, well actually, most of our clients operate home-based businesses.  With many home-based businesses, if you're involved with a network marketing company  (sometimes call MLM), the company that you represent completes the transaction and fulfillment for your customers and simply cuts you a check for your commission, right?  This simple scenario is perfect for a Wyoming corporation.  It will enable you to eliminate all of your local state sales tax, since you are not "doing business" in your local state.  Your Wyoming corporation is doing business with your network marketing company only.  Let's be clear on this:  Many of our clients try to over-complicate this, but it really is just that simple.
